Sending money to another UB acc using CC

Hello guys, I just wanna ask something - not sure tho if meron dito naka try pero is it possible na I will send money sa friend ko (10K) from my Unionbank CC tapos yung account niya is UB (yung pagsesendan ko) tapos yung dinisburse ng CC na 10K ay i co-convert ko to installment? Just wondering kasi if possible and if meron ng naka try, thank you so much!
