Issue with Card Delivery (NINJAVAN)

A cash card was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday, but the Ninjavan rider kept cancelling the delivery. He does not accept my calls and reports falsely about the delivery (saying I was not available to receive it, happened 3x already - Friday, Saturday and Monday).

I tried raising the issue to their email support team but they are no help at all. I feel so helpless that I no longer plan to use the card once they finally decided to deliver it to me. It might be compromised already since there’s something shady with them refusing to deliver it at all.

Engaging this courier was not my choice and even the Online Bank who sent the card cannot be contacted to complain about this. It’s just so sad that they tolerate this kind of service and get away with it.

I don’t know how my complaint would reach ninjavan so I’m posting it here to get advice. I hope someone here can help me.
