Significant jerk when coming to a stop when vehicle is below operating temp

‘24 OBW with 10k mi

Over this winter I’ve started noticing a really harsh jerk when coming to a stop from speeds of ~30 mph and when the oil temp is below 150F. Once my car gets to operating temp this issue goes away. This mostly happens in the morning when outdoor temps are below 30F, even after letting my car warm up for 5-10 min

It feels like I’m getting kicked in the back, and it’s very uncomfortable when it happens. I’ve taken it to the dealership twice, the first time they couldn’t replicate the issue, the second time they updated my TCM with an update that came out of a TSB about shutter when braking w/the AC on. (I don’t think they were able to replicate the issue on the second time around either, they just applied the updating hoping it’d work by the looks of it)

However, I’m still experiencing the issue. Has anybody dealt with this issue before? If so, What was the solution? The tech at the dealership thinks it might be from the torque converter not disengaging smoothly, but it’s hard to tell since they can’t replicate the issue. Is there anything I can do to help them pinpoint the issue or escalate it further?

TIA
