OLED vs Near-OLED claim

I bought Xiaomi TV 75" at a really good price during sales, it's their 2025 S model, Mini-LED TV: https://www.mi.com/ae/product/xiaomi-tv-s-mini-led-75-2025/ I liked the gaming-specs, but what was interesting is the 0.0001 nits "near OLED" blacks. I like the TV, the display is of good quality, good refresh rates, good size and price. The images here are for LG OLED 45" and the TV (connected to same laptop).

I was gaming on both, I played "Black Myth: Wukong", with LG 45gs95qe I was getting around 100 FPS, with the TV I was getting around 60 FPS. Nothing HDR gaming, my laptop is SCAR 18 2024 with RTX 4090.

I am still trying to figure out how to reach the gaming boost of 240hz, but maybe this will enhance the performance.

I have few days to decide to keep it or send it back.
