Has anyone here actually cleaned their QD-OLED without “ruining” it?

The amount of comments in virtually every thread about the new QD monitors pertaining to permanently scratching, permanently smudging (how?), etc is crazy.

How fragile are these panels compared to IPS or TN from 10 years ago? Or compared to an older LG TV like the C1?

Usually when I see people scratch their $1000+ equipment I think to myself “damn how unlucky” or “uhh… idiot.” But the sheer amount of people commenting on these new panels has me wondering what the hell is going on?
