Any nice and not expensive place for car inspection in Durham?

Any place you would recommend for car inspection? I moved from NJ and there’re designed place for car inspection but looks like we go to private place in NC?

I heard people said they were adviced to replace some car parts while it’s not really needed in some private repair shop. I’m not familiar about NC car inspection centers, and I would be appreciated if you can recommend me some good place for car inspection(where they won’t trying to convince you to make unnecessary purchase/service)! Is wasp auto in Durham good?

And do I need to replace the whole front window if there’s a small crack？
