European Nokia owners: does your phone allow you to record calls?

My Samsung A40 doesn't allow allow call recording, and several sources say Google has disabled it for all phones sold in Europe. However, Xiaomi phones which run an adapted version of Android do allow you to record calls. This is a serious consideration to me, because I need to record calls for work on a daily basis. So if you're from Europe and own a recent Nokia phone: can you record your calls?
