Recommendation on installing Nextcloud on Unraid and help with maintenance good practices

Hi everyone!

I'm running an Unraid setup and I'd like to know a couple of things:

• What's the best way to install Nextcloud on Unraid (docker, "bare metal", any other method) and why?
• I'd like this service exposed to the internet (I have my own domain). What are the good practices for doing so? I'd like some security, such as 2FA...
• Any good practices with regards to backing up the setup?
• Is it easy to place the Nextcloud's files in mount points on Unraid for easy access via SMB shares?
