Whats wrong with these teenagers. It's 9 degrees and I saw a kid on his way to school strolling...with no hat on his head...then I peeped that dude had slides and socks on. No boots, sneakers, nothing. I'm like does buddy lack funds for the basics, but the coat was a Moncler.
