Help, please, advice needed on where to go with painful kidney stone

My brother is experiencing a painful kidney stone situation in Munich, he lives there, not a citizen.

I would like to know where to go to have it extracted. I already called a private clinic that said they don't do the procedure and the University Hospital rechts der Isar that said they don't have beds and their emergency room is also closed for new patients as they are full.

I would appreciate any advice on where to go next. The stone is 5.7 mm and painful af, he had a CT, so he only needs the extraction procedure.
