has anyone else had this symptom before?

I just remember a few years ago when I had my first bad attack that led to me getting diagnosed - there were two specific instances where I like, blacked out? And pretty much immediately found myself on the ground after. I guess it could be described as syncope. But I didn’t feel myself about to pass out or anything like that - in fact both times I didn’t even feel bad, I was at work. I just know one second I was walking and the next second I found myself on the ground. It’s as if I blacked out for like half a second I guess. I really don’t know how to accurately describe it or what exactly it was but I just know it happened twice. Anyone else experience that? I have RRMS and I do have multiple lesions on brain and spine.
