Not just psychedelic in cinematography, it really doesn’t need to be related to anything psychedelic other than maybe some fundamental observations about reality and its perceptions.

Do not suggest Enter the Void, Fear and Loathing, or any other misanthropic nonsense. Nothing nihilistic, hopelessly existentialist, depressing, or absurdist. It can contain some of those elements, but it should in no way be a driving force behind the message, tone or theme.

I’m after spiritually healthy, life affirming works depicting triumph over struggle on the extreme end or a simple appreciation of life on the other. A vibrant color palette is a plus!

Ex. Perfect Days, It’s a Wonderful Life, Casablanca, Life is Beautiful, and I’ll throw in Crouching Tiger just because it’s so gorgeous. ☮️❤️
