New decel pop

Hey guys, this may seem like a dumb question but I bought this bike to rebuild and to learn about motorcycle mechanics. I just finished doing carb work and now I got some decel pops which the bike hasn’t had previously, at least that I’ve noticed. It’s riding like it usually does just the decel popping is new. Trying to see if this is something to be concerned about? Another question is if it’s nothing to be concerned about then what’s the reason the bike hasn’t decel pops now and not prior?
