Do spots run out in BSc at Clayton?

Atar just released this morning and Im 90% sure that I didn’t get into my first preference but I still wanna try and I’ll keep it there. The BSc at Monash Clayton is my second preference, so likely that i’ll get it in January round offers. But I’m scared that spots will run out and so I’d have to go further down my list which scares me ‘cause they’re really not I wanna take. But idk if this is how things even work.
