Ovulating and Finished Inside- Should I be worried?

Hi everyone I’m 20F and have had the Mirena iud for a little over a year and a half. I would still get my periods with Mirena even after the year mark (not super regular but they would come) and recently I got curious and started to see if I could track my ovulation because I hadn’t had a period in a few months. This morning I tested and the ovulation test was definitely positive but my bf finished inside of me last night. I know this sounds dumb because the iud is there for a reason but I’m feeling paranoid and need some reassurance. There’s no reason to worry about pregnancy right? Do a good amount of people still ovulate/have periods with the iud?
