What are some mens issues that people usually don't know about

Nowadays society has become more open to talking about men's issues, but the number of issues being talked about is so limited. I remember when I first learned about male victimization of rape, I was shocked. It's such a shocking fact, yet not a single person was even talking about it. What are some other issues that most people just don't know of.
