A request to Manipal(Makeups)

Is there any way we can send in a joint request to the faculty for the Makeups to be conducted in January and not December 24th onwards For many, it's going to be a costly (And painful) affair to have to come back on Christmas Eve... I hope they hold it after New Year's Day
