What do you Think the "Canon" difficulty is?

As the title says. What do you think the canon difficulty is in 2077? Is it Very Hard Where all the Chromed out Gonks take mags of ammo even on a good build, or do you think its a mix of easy and Hard? Where Enemies dont hit hard, but you also dont hit that hard either by sheer chrome?
