16F and 17M Long Distance Ghosting?

So I met this Girl in Poland about a few days more than 2 months ago. And from then we started dating. We are 16 and 17. We called a few times, and we talked a lot. She saved me from A lot, and I saved her from a lot. We exchanged passwords and pretty much everything. At December 20, She got grounded because of using her phone late at night when she's not supposed to. 3 days later, she sent the following

"Listen. I love you too. So much. Don't do anything stupid. I'll be back, just wait. I'm grounded now. My mom is checking my phone, that's why I don't write to you when I can. Be patient and wait for me"

Than she said stay safe. I love you

At the very (I am not writing this with tears) end, I said "If It helps, block me"

The next day, she did, which okay, but from everything. Messenger, Snapchat (Where she proceeded to change her password) and Roblox(! (that she went that far)), and deleted Her Instagram.

Which then I logged into her account (on messenger) and wrote to her (To herself)

Than she made a whole other account. Which I added her, but she hasn't added me back. And she deleted her old Messenger Account.

I met some of her friends

Long Story short, I have one left. The other 2 just blocked me. I found recently that she has her Ex added to her new account, which surprised me, because she hates her ex (And it's true) Which caught me so off guard. I decided to re-activate her IG, and write to one of her friends, but she instantly somehow found out and blocked me from logging in. I still haven't heard from her since she said "wait for me"

I find it very very confusing. I was the first person she said I love you towards and meant it (Her dad forces her to say it to him on calls because he lives in another country, which he has SA her when she was young) So I don't know how its so easy for her. When we would talk, she would tell me over and over and over again she will never leave me. Never. That she will always be by my side, no matter what. She would say that everyday, and It brought a lot of comfort.

Just today, she changed her Outfit on Roblox (We had matching outfits)

She still logs into my messenger, but doesn't say anything.

I have one move left. Log into her old Facebook and text her friends to tell her to log into my Facebook and write to me an explanation. And to read what I wrote her

Also, the "Add friend" button is removed from her new account. Does this mean Facebook is cooling me down (I kind of spammed it so that she can get the notifications)

Last I checked too, she is still grounded (Last I heard was Dec 26 from her friend that she is still grounded)

There is a lot more but I already wrote A lot

If she does want to break up, go ahead. But Just don't ghost me. I don't know what to do. We promised over and over again that we will be together and work through everything no matter what.
