Are these temps normal?

My motherboard just got replaced recently due to frequent freeze/crashing issues. I used msi afterburner to monitor temps and noticed that my cpu temps are quite high ... I not a tech person, is there any settings i can adjust in my laptop to lower the temps? (I already capped my fps in nvidia control manager to 160 and currently using a laptop stand) Been playing marvel rivals, valorant, witcher 3, and hades on this laptop.
