Help!!!

I had bought Lenovo LOQ (AMD Ryzen 7 7840 HS, 16 GB/512GB, RTX 4050 6GB) 10 days ago and today I am facing some problems in it. My laptop screen goes black or freeze completely and it does not respond as I put it on charging. Without charging it works very smoothly but in charging it freezes completely. I am not sure what is the problem. It's windows 11 2021.

Anyone facing this same problem??

Can I replace this with a new one?
