Brynhild issues

I've gotten Brynhild, and yet I think I face several issues. Based on several videos I have witnessed.

• Does her S2 allow her to move at all? When I use it, I cannot move. Yet, the skill description said "Brynhild's movement speed is reduced by 20% when using the skill"... and from the gameplay videos I searched, she can move in a slower rate. So... what's the deal here? Why can't I move even with slower rate when doing Brynhild's 2nd skill?

• From the videos I saw, Brynhild can have her ultimate start charging at even Level 1. But obviously, when I try it, it only started charging at Level 4, and I can't even use it throughout the game, probably have to wait until 10 minutes until I get a full charge and start using it. What's with Brynhild's ultimate, really? How do I charge up that fast?
