My gliding flower ability won’t work!

So this is something that’s happened more recently, but no matter what I do the little flower gliding outfit isn’t usable, I have it in my ability wheel but it won’t light up to indicate that I can use it. I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through this as well? If so please send me any advice on fixing it!
