All suggestions needed

I'm going into my 8th and final egg retrieval in January. Age 42. MFI (supposedly). I previously had two Euploid medicated FET's fail, no implantation. I did have implantation from an IUI resulted in miscarriage- due to trisomy (age 41). So here's my question, concerns I need advice and encouragement... 1) I have 4 tested embryos banked and I can't seem to believe that it will be enough for one live birth. After two didn't implant it feels like it will never work. Would you feel confident with this number moving forward?

2) What tests (ERA, Receptiva) or protocol changes do you think will help (Lupron down reg, immune protocol). Please just tell me anything you think will help. My biggest fear is this will never work and all be for nothing plus out $175,000, which is what it is but definitely a gut punch.

Sitting on a delayed flight at the moment headed to west coast to meet my first niece. Guess I'm just feeling discouraged.
