Post Doc Research Fellowship

I'm an IMG with a green card, expected to graduate in May 2025. Have given both step 1 and step 2 (waiting for result). No prior research experience but genuinely interested and can craft an email attesting to that. Could anyone shed some light on how to get paid post-doc research fellowship? (not necessarily the top gun programs, but paid preferentially) Do help out a fellow IMG!
