Are dogs allowed in Carousel Edsa bus? From pasay to Ayala Malls Manila Bay

my dog is a mini poodle (7kgs) pero matangkad siya so di na siya kasya sa capsule bag niya, I have another pet sling bag but nakalabas ung ulo niya.
