My hub has never worked

We’ve had it over the year. Receiver and thermostat work completely fine, but the hub refuses to connect.

Our internet works fine, ive changed the ethernet cable, ive done the troubleshooting a thousand times and ive had the online chat with a hive rep twice

I have gotten nowhere, it just stays on solid green and the app refuses to see it as online.
