ivms help

Can someone shine some light, I'm using ivms to run 25 cameras on a local network to local TVs in a office, the reason for ivms is we have to use hikconnect to add cameras in a different location to the main screen.

The issue is, we sometimes get a drop out of the hikconnect lot(the remote ones) I'm guessing this is due to internet speeds?

But the main one is, we have a fork of 5 that run on a Poe switch about 50m away from everything and we keep getting drop outs on ivms every few days or so? Yet double clicking the cameras brings them back? I was thinking power but everytime we click on the "disconnected camera" it comes back?

Any light?
