Best wireless, balanced headphones, for $350?

Looking for wireless, over ear, balanced headphones, don't care about added bass. Preferably closed back or some form of noise cancelation, sound is top priority. I will also go running with them.

I'm finding these headphones are the top contenders for a $350 budget.
