Need PS3 Guitar

hi everyone, i recently purchased a ps3 and want to play guitar hero on it i’ve never played on the ps3, only ever the xbox 360 many years ago and im not sure what the cheapest option would be. i was also wondering if there is any versatility such as if a ps2 guitar would work for my ps3. any help would be greatly appreciated!!
