Scammer alert

So I have been seeing many posts about scams in Goa , which is true but let me share my experience of being a victim of scam from a tourist. So i basically provide yachts and boats so i met this customer named “ashish Ranjan” who was supposedly planning for proposal and wanted to book yacht but he claimed to be foreign tourist and he didn’t have google pay but willing to pay on payment link which was not possible for me , so he seemed nice over telephone conversation and on his word , i got my boat docked it paid to the jetty of docking charges and he told me to do decoration too & also demanded photographer which i need to pay now because he travelled from long distance , and this all i did without any advance because this person seemed really genuine and i have never worked without advance so you know how good the person spoke to me but at the moment of arrival he started blocking all my number and now i have paid the decorators and jetty charges from my pocket, i would tell all business owners never work without advance specially with Indians , no wonder indian tourists are being hated , i have attached his photo on this posts if anybody knows him please share his contact with me specifically instagram handle would be big help.
