Funds getting blocked for no reason

It's been two months since my correspondence regarding funds not available to be withdrawn has been going on and more than 5 months since the funds were withheld. I have replied with every possible document until now like travel documents, reason for visit with numerous details so far with my last correspondence on Nov 21st. So, far no reply has been provided to unlock my account alongside my follow ups are getting ignored. This is quite saddening and bad.

Can some input be provided here?
