HP OMEN VS LENOVO LEGION, WHICH ONE TO GET?

Hi, im about to buy a new gaming laptop for gaming and little bit graphics work i have following 2 options

Here the legion 5 is brand new and HP OMEN is box opened/ slightly used. Price difference is great. Should i save some money and go for omen or the legion is worth the extra $$?
