Were Fatima pregnant for real?

I'm rewatching show now to find some clues I didn't see before, and I have a question for you guys S2e6 Boid kills the monster, and according to a time line, it's been couple of hours - and Fatima already asks about pregnancy test

Does it mean she and Ellis had a real baby, but when the monster died the baby was replaced? What do you think?
