Uneven chain tension, would a different chainring fix this? Even if its minimum?

Don't know much about bike parts especially the drivetrain. It's 130bcd ive heard only cheap quality brands make 130bcd now, so maybe a different chainring in 144bcd solve this uneven chain tension even if its minimal.
