My ender 3 isn't printing so well anymore.

I've been trying to get my ender 3 working again recently but I'm having no luck. Currently my prints are turning out like this with a lot of blobs on the outside, pretty bad sagging on the bridges, terrible texture on the walls, and as see in the last photos, the top layer leaves small holes. I have reduced my speed down to 20 mm/s to get it to this which is slightly better than before but would really prefer to increase the speed to something reasonable. Does anyone have suggestions on what could be causing this problem and how to improve it. Thanks.
