Ender 3 printing with layer issue.

I recently had to disassemble and reassemble my ender3 and it worked great for a print but after leaving it a while and coming back to it the prints are turning out like this. I have leveled the bed (but will do it again to fix the corners) but now every few layers it seems to bow outward. Layer height 0.04mm, wall thickness 0.8mm, infill 10%, temperature 205, initial temp 210, bed 60, Esun Pla+, speed 30mm/s (I think it might have been faster), retraction 10mm at 25mm/s. Thanks.
