I love Pulcinella it’s so unfortunate he’ll probably never be released.
His concept is so cool, a manipulative and power hungry mayor. I hate that Hoyo will only ever release physically attractive characters. The Genshin lore is amazing and though I’m an anime fan, it would be so much more intriguing with a dark souls or bloodborne style. Just think about how cool the fatui would look!
