About possible diseases

Hello friends, I am beginning to build feelings about fkk concept, never been in any fkk club before. I am planning to visit frankfurt in april, and plan to make my first visit to sharks or oase (open to your ideas). Personally, i prefer erotism more than direct machine-like sex, so i prefer erotic massages rather than simple brothels. I live outside europe, so this will be my first and possibly last fkk experience :) My question is, is there any concerns about sexual diseases? I mean, when i read the posts, i see that people use public areas such as common pools, jacuzzis, kisses and licks girls' areas right after a previous client, etc etc. Am i missing something :) or am i being too careful? Sorry for this, but i need your guidance.
