Should I do anything about this?

I had this review left which is obviously good as it’s 5 star but should I do anything to help the buyer. I’ve never had a problem with them like this before. I can’t really see how it could be falling off. Just feel I should do something but don’t know what! They’re pendants with a triangular bail.
