Reserve and Customs Crash.

I'm hoping someone can help, I've been playing tarkov for over a year now. I've gone through the ropes, you know, the ram upgrade, the ssd, blah blah blah. Now the only issues I have are Reserve and Customs. While Reserve is completely unplayable (i.e. crash at awaiting session, 14min waits, forever loading loot and loot pools and server disconnects. Getting in on Reserve is like finding a $100 bill stuck to the bottom of your shoe lmao. Customs on the other hand is hit or miss. Before the customs expansion that was one of my main maps, always ran it with NO issues but since the patch ill have 8min load times, server DC every time I try to load back in and just plain stutter crashes. Sometimes after 5mins of loading I'll DC then load back in with about 12-30 fps sometimes 1-2 🤣😅 for about 3mins then its smooth from there. Other maps like interchange and shoreline, no problems, interchange is about 80 to 90 seconds tops with no stutters and shoreline is the same sometimes shorter. I think it might be my CPU as it is pretty old but can hold up to games like Watch Dogs legion, AC odyssey on ultra high with slight settings tweaked and COD Warzone with everything high except textures being on normal while im on Warzone and High in multi-player. I'm in the process of swapping everything into and new case and replacing the MB and CPU. I would just like a few other opinions.

PC Specs: I7-4790 non-k GTX 1650 SOc 4gb DDR5 16gb ddr3 ram 1600 330 psu 250ssd 1tb hdd 2tb hdd

System used to be an alienware x51 r2 if that gives everyone an idea of what it used to be.
