[Bug] Always the same FPS

Hey guys,

I got the problem that my FPS won't change no matter what im optimizing or try to change in the graphics settings. I got an old rig but I think I should get 70 FPS with good optimization. No matter what I'm doing, changing between low and high texture quality, setting the resolution from 1080p to 720p, changing TAA, HBAO to max, it's always hovering in the range between 40-50 FPS.

My old rig:

i5-10600k at 4.7GHz, GTX 1060 6GB, 32GB DDR4-3200
