Refund after denial with EP?

Just a doubt, Ellis Porter usually offers that they will full refund or refile, if the case is denied or RFE issued.

Curious to know, do they keep their promises? Have anybody got refund from them after denial or RFE? I know no one should be in that situation but still need confirmation.
