Genuine opinion about CBS westland Row college and neighbourhood in Dublin

Hello,

I am going to relocate to Dublin from Canada very soon (in a month), and I am currently struggling to find a school for my kids. We are looking at the CBS Westland Row college but, while I am excited because the school seems to be nice and in a very central area, I heard from some friends living in Dublin that it may not be the case. I am asking here a genuine opinion about both, the school and the area from local people.
