Why do Russian streamers play on smurf accounts and remain unpunished?
Streamer TpaBoMaH started a "challenge" where he plays random heroes and reaches the "Titan" rank from 0 MMR.
Out of 15 games, he has 13 wins against players who are significantly weaker.
Why does he remain unpunished, endorsing such deception in front of an audience of 5,000+ viewers? Doesn't this contradict the rules?
