Is anyone else having ping issues in SEA?

For the past two weeks or so I've had an increase in ping, going from a usual 100 to 166. I'm from Australia and play in sea mostly due to que times, and initially I just assumed it was on my end but it looks like this is effecting SOME other players as well. Has anyone experienced this as well?
