Looking to move to Netrunner KDE from Manjaro.

Any advice, pros/cons or even alternative suggestions welcome! I have been using Manjaro KDE for 10 months I am thinking of hopping to another distro. I am worried over the loss of AUR, but I am willing to do without in order to learn.
