Need help!!!

I sold a hoodie on depop Monday December 2nd and have been in contact with the buyer ever since. I had issues with availability last week and was unable to ship the package so I informed the buyer that i would ship by December 11th (today) and they agreed, stating that would be fine. I later see today after the item was shipped that the buyer received a refund through depop after stating that the seller (me) hasnt responded. What should I do to either get my packag back or payment? (I put screenshots of the conversation, what the seller put to get the refund and email from depop after I shipped the item)
