How to get better at extractions?

Ive been practicing for a year and i still dont feel confident to do extractions unless the tooth is mobile. Even single rooted ones i feel like i might not be able to complete. Ive had cases where ive had to leave it because it took so much time and patients got tired and i simply referred to omfs. Getting so exhausted and feeling like im not good enough. Can anyone please give me tips on how to get better
