Dental license in another state with a board action
Hello,
I am currently under investigation by the department of health in Fl due to a patient complaint ( check my previous post, long story short patient changed his mind and wanted to keep some of his teeth that I TX for extraction, did not inform me but informed staff, and I did not double check the consent).. I am suspecting that it will lead to some kind of board action. Would this hurt my chances of getting a license in a different state? I have been planning on leaving the state but I was riding out my contract. Should I start applying for a license in a new state just in case?
Side question, can you get a job in an FQHC, and apply for the military with a board action?
Thank you.
